- Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are only accepted from authorized wholesalers who have purchased products directly from Sociedade Agrícola Pedra da Fraga, Lda, also known as Tippy Taps Treats.
- Returns must be requested within 60 days from the date of product delivery.
- Return Conditions:
- The product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
- The packaging should be intact and free from damage.
- We cannot accept returns for products that have been personalized, custom-made, or modified in any way.

- Provide your wholesale account details, including the purchase order number and date of purchase.
- Explain the reason for the return and provide any relevant information.
- Approval and Return Instructions:
- Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for returning the product(s).
- The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.
- Return Options: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product(s), we will offer to refund. We can issue a refund for the returned product(s) using the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees and any applicable restocking fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
- Shipping and Handling:
- Wholesalers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product(s), unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong items shipped, product arrived damaged).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely delivery of the returned item(s).
- Exceptions:
- Returns of expired or damaged products must be reported to our wholesale support team within 60 days of product delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
- In cases where the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs and provide appropriate solutions, including replacements or refunds.
