DURATION AND RENEWAL
During the 7 days before the End Date of your Ambassadors Agreement we will Schedule and attend a meeting with both parties, aiming to analyse how the partnership unfolded and a possible renewal. The duration of the renewal, as well as any other changes to the initial conditions outlined in this agreement will be decided in this meeting.
With the start of this agreement and as Tippy Taps Treats Ambassadors, we will provide you with the following perks:
– 1 pouch of each of our Tippy Taps Treats (6 pouches in total)
– 25% Lifetime Discount Coupon – to be used exclusively by you for your own purchases– Code (ABC1234)
– 15% Followers Discount Coupon – so you can share with your followers on your social media channels – Code (ABC1234)
– Additional Rewards – additional surprise prizes will be awarded as you achieve 50 and 100 sales from your Followers code
With regard to the perks outlined above, we ask that you take the following into account:
•Lifetime Discount Coupon – This coupon code is offered for personal use, any usageof this code by third parties will result in the termination of this agreement and theimmediate end of our partnership.
•Followers Coupon Code – This code should only be shared on yourInstagram/Facebook account foresseen under this agreemente and nowhere else.
•Additional Rewards – For the purposes of controlling sales for this goal, we willonly consider sales that use the Followers Discount Coupon Code. All sales achieved during this first agreement and/or subsequent renewals will accumulatefor this goal. After reaching the first 50 and 100 sales, new goals will be set. Wewill announce what rewards you will receive after a goal is reached. Our rewardsmay be comprised of Toys, Tippy Taps Treats products or merchandise, PetSupplies for your dog or Gift Cards. Whichever the reward defined, its value willalways be similar.
In case this agreement is renewed, the Followers code will be renewed as well andadditionally you will receive:
Renewal Pack – 20 Tippy Taps Treats pouches with your dog’s favourite fruits
This Tippy Taps Treats Ambassador Agreement may be renewed with the agreement ofboth parties. To this end, a meeting will be held to analyze the performance of both partiesduring the term of the agreement being concluded and the interest of each party in thecontinuation of the partnership. This meeting will be held between the following dates
Renewal Meeting to occur between ___/___/202__ and ___/___/202__
As already mentioned, any failure to fulfill the commitments assumed in points a) to e) willresult in the impossibility of renewing this agreement.
Failure to comply with the code of conduct will penalize the analysis of your provision andin more serious or repeated cases will result in the impossibility of renewal. If the agreementwas terminated before the End Date of the agreement for serious breach of the code ofconduct, there will be no review meeting or possibility of renewal.
The meeting will analyze your generic performance, the volume of purchases using theFollowers code, and the interactions obtained with your posts. References or good alignmentwith the values and characteristics of our brand will also be weighed.
All details of the Renewal (Duration, considerations, codes, etc.) will be defined in a newagreement.
Your appointment as Tippy Taps Treats Brand Ambassadors and its associated perks entailsome promotional activities to be carried out using your Instagram account:
A) List your Followers Coupon in your BIO
B) Create a Tippy Taps Treats HIGHLIGHT where all your created contente should be added
C) 1 Post where you will presente all the contente of your Welcome / Renewal Pack
D) 2 Monthly Posts or Stories where you star at least 1 of Tippy Taps Treats products, with emphasis on your dog consuming the product(s).
E) Twice a month share in your stories 2 of Tippy Taps Treats posts from @tippytapstreat account
In line with what we asked for the perks, we ask your attention to the following points, regarding the actions that we expect from you :
•The renewal of this agreement is entirely dependent on complete compliance withpoints a) through e) throughout the duration of this agreement. The non-fulfillmentof any of these points will lead to the non-renewal of this agreement.
•Ensure that all posts or stories published have the @tippytapstreat tag, so that we can get a better control over what is published; if the tag is not included the post/storywill not be considered.
•In order for the @tippytapstreat Tag notification to be received it is necessary thatboth our accounts have followed each other.
•In all Posts, the HASHTAG #Tippytaps and any others that you consider relevant andappropriate should be added.In the total 6 Posts or Stories to be published during the 90-day period, please ensure that atleast 2 are Posts and 2 are Stories.
The control of compliance with all the points presented will be done by our team. They may, at any time, through the contact channels we define here, request information regarding thiscontrol. However, we ask that you keep a personal control on your part so that any deviationbetween our control and yours can be supported with supporting evidence. If you haveaccess to the statistics of your posts or stories, we ask that you please share these with us onmonthly basis (a screenshot is ok), the statistics of posts or stories with Tippy Taps Treatscontent, the sharing of this data will be highly valued in the renewal analysis. The amountsof Posts and/or Stories indicated correspond to the agreed minimums. You are free to createmore content or share more posts from the @tippytapstreat account. This will be highlyvalued for our renewal meeting.
CODE OF CONDUCT
In order to ensure that good practices for publishing advertising content on social media are followed, we ask that you follow and comply with the guidelines of the ASA (Advertising Standards Authority), an independent organization for regulating advertising on social media.
Along with this document, we will share with you a document to guide you through theseguidelines, which we advise you to read. Within these guidelines we highlight the following:
All Posts or Stories where the Followers code is presented must have some reference that itis advertising content. For example, put the reference “AD” in the Caption of a Post•Any Posts or Stories that contain Tippy Taps Treats products offered must have thisoffer clearly stated
In addition to these guidelines, we are keen to point out that Tippy Taps Treats is a neutral brand on any social, racial (including dog breeds), economic, political, sexual or any othersensitive or controversial issue. As such, we cannot accept that any of these topics are addressed in your content where products or references from Tippy Taps Treats are mentioned. Failure to comply with this point will result in the immediate cancellation of ouragreement and revocation of the lifetime discount.
CONTENT TO BE PUBLISHED
Under this agreement, we expect that all content posted by you with reference to TippyTaps Treats has been created and developed by you (except for @tippytapstreat account postshares). You will have all the creative freedom to develop this content, respecting the code ofconduct.
We will not require prior approval of your content, however all posts will be viewed. Wewill only pass on our feedback at the final meeting. If you want any feedback from us, youcan contact us by the means provided and we will be happy to comment on your content to date.
We ask that in the development of your content you try to follow as much as possible thecharacteristics and values of our brand (not compromising your own identity), within thesecharacteristics and values, we will further value the following references:•The only Snack brand for dogs that can and should be shared by dogs and humans andenjoyed equally.•100% natural and healthy product
Obviously we don’t demand that you show yourself sharing a bit of fruit with (DOG), thesole mention of the possibility to share the treats will be enough.
